1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Scrobb.com ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Scrobb.com for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

3. Last.fm Integration

Scrobb.com is an independent service that integrates with Last.fm. By using our Service, you authorize us to:

• Access your Last.fm username and profile information
• Submit scrobbles on your behalf to your Last.fm account
• Read your scrobbling history for statistics and leaderboards

We do not store your Last.fm password. Authentication is handled securely through Last.fm's OAuth system.

4. User Accounts

If you create an account on Scrobb.com, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. Unlimited Scrobbling

Scrobb.com offers unlimited scrobbling to all users, whether on the free tier or supporter tier. There are no monthly scrobble limits for any user.

Supporter users (£1.50 per month) receive additional features such as Discogs collection integration, advanced statistics, and future API access.

6. Supporter Subscription

Supporter subscriptions are charged monthly at £1.50. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

7. User Conduct

You agree that you will not:

• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service
• Post obscene, pornographic, abusive, offensive, or otherwise objectionable material
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Use automated systems to scrape or harvest data from the Service
• Engage in harassment, abuse, or threats toward other users
• Manipulate scrobble counts through fraudulent means

8. Limitation of Liability

The materials on Scrobb.com are provided on an 'as is' basis. Scrobb.com makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

9. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Scrobb.com could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Scrobb.com does not warrant that any of the materials on its Service are accurate, complete, or current. Scrobb.com may make changes to the materials contained on its Service at any time without notice.

10. Service Modifications

Scrobb.com reserves the right at any time and in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you. Scrobb.com shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

11. Termination of Access

Scrobb.com may terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms of Service or any unlawful purpose. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
